To enhance food pleasant and hygiene, Punjab Food Authority (PFA) has introduced a celeb rating system for hotels and restaurants within the province. Officials said the famous person rating machine for hotels and eating places become brought underneath the PM’s imaginative and prescient to implement worldwide standards in meals industry. They said under this machine, PFA could decide the requirements of inns and restaurants across the province.
The pilot assignment includes 250 eating places in five principal towns, they brought. PFA DG said that within the first phase, well-known restaurants of Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Gujranwala might be checked.
The meals commercial enterprise will be rated after rigorous scrutiny of meals best, taste and
hygiene. Before imposing celebrity rating gadget, Authority officials may be skilled. PFA also added a cell utility to carry full transparency in scrutiny and scores, said DG.
